At A to Z Residential, Andrew oversees investment strategy, construction execution, and property management operations, with an emphasis on financial discipline, risk management, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. 

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Portland State University and previously worked as an Accounting Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led financial reporting, internal controls, and performance analysis for $500M+ in real estate portfolios. Andrew has been investing in real estate since 2018.
